Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only by contacting Fojoy customer care via phone or email. Cancellation requests will be honored only if the order has not been processed or prepared for shipping. All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned under the following conditions:
1. The shipment was physically damaged in transit and the original packaging with photographs is retained.
2. Items are missing from the delivered package.

Refund Policy
Products once purchased are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where the delivered product does not match the order placed.
